I have noticed that torrent speeds are decreased significantly lately. I am using azureus and I had full download speed all the time. I had been asking around about this problem and friend told me that ISP is probably shaping internet traffic on certain ports. Can you tell me what port should I use for azureus?

ISPs are reducing internet speed on common ports that are used by most P2P applications. Also, some tracker administrators have a bad habit to blacklist these ports and IP addresses that are using them to prevent decreasing swarm speed. You should use any port in the 4915265534 range. This should be fine, but prepare to change port from time to time just in case ISP decides to throttle port you are using.
