Where to find modding professionals?

I’m hearing a lot from some people around me about modding the Xbox and I got very interesting in it. But still, since I love my Xbox the way it is I’m afraid that something bad will happen to it and I’m here to see if there’s someone here who’s really into this modding stuff that can tell me if I should do it and how to do it. BTW, is it possible to mod PS2 too? Thanks a lot in advance!

You can find a lot on this topic at mod-chip.com. There’s tons of modchips but you have to know that you’ll need to open your Xbox and from that minute on your warranty isn’t valid anymore and if you damage something, there’s no going back. I had my Xbox modded by a friend and fortunately it turned out OK but it isn’t always so. First read about it a lot and then decide what you want to do exactly. -scene.com is a place that could be of help to you too. There you’ll find a lot of people who are more experienced with this then me.
