I know that internet explorer allows searching for addresses on the internet, but whenever I type part name, I just get information that searched address doesnt exist. I saw at my friend that he just type part of a name in address bar and then internet explorer give him all relevant sites. What is problem with my IE?

Your problem occurs because you didnt allow searching from the address bar. To allow it, just do following:
Click start, then open control panel. Double click on the internet options. After that click on advanced. Scroll settings until you find search from the address bar. You will see that do not search option is checked. Check the other one (one which allows you searching), then click apply, then ok. After that start your internet explorer and you will see that your problem is solved.
