| Hmm. This really sounds very weird, I must admit. It is impossible for anything to disappear just like that, even in the world of high technology and personal computers. Something must have happened that caused it, and you have to determine what. If you have kids, maybe one of them was playing with it, and deleted it somehow. This can also happen when you reinstall your system, some of the files at the system partition can get damaged. But, whatever it is, there is a hope. There are some applications that can help you recover the files you have lost. One of them is called Recover y files, and it can really come handy in situations like this. |
