Recently, I finished my studding for an IT professional. I got a job as IT specialist in a rather big company almost immediately after graduation. However, I have almost none practical knowledge. From time to time, I come on some problem that I don't know hot to solve. I don't want to ask other colleagues. For instance, what exactly is IGMP? Where are IP datagrams spread with IGMP help? I really need some help.

First thing you should do is to keep your nerves. You are in the same position as almost every other freshman in any branch when they get their first job. You have to understand that, when a company employs some freshmen without any further experiences, they do not expect him to know everything. If they want somebody with a strong experience level, they would hire some veteran. Therefore, they hire you because they hope that you have enough knowledge to be a fast learner. You should not hesitate to ask your colleagues for help because they expect you to do that. Even more, your supervisor can punish you for not doing that. Don't worry, you will get enough practice soon enough. Anyway, let us get back to your question about what is IGPM and where are IP datagrams spread with IGMP help. I am not sure what is IGPM and where are IP datagrams spread with IGMP help. I think that term is connected to network activity.

I also think that you should not panic because working is the only way for getting real practice. Therefore, just try to keep up with daily duties and you will get experience very quickly. However, I have to disagree with colleague about asking other colleagues for help unless you know some of them privately. If your supervisor did not specifically told you which one of them is assigned to help you whenever you need some help, I would avoid begging for help as much as I can do. You have to understand that older colleagues see every newcomer as a potential threat to their jobs, and they are not so willing to help you. In addition, they have enough their job and not so much time for charity work. I think that you choose right way for asking answers on Internet forums. If you cannot find answers on Internet or in the books, then try to ask a most friendly colleague. From your question about what is IGPM and where are IP datagrams spread with IGMP help, I see that you are a 'newbie'. I have to disagree with our colleague. IGMP is short for Internet Group Management Protocol. The IGMP is used by the IP hosts and connected routers to register their dynamic multicast group membership. With IGMP IP datagrams are spread over few second intervals.
