What services are safe to disable under the services.msc in vista?

Hello! I do not have problem, but I have some idea and I think that is good one. I use windows vista operating system. I know that this OS run a lot of services. I would like to disable some services which I dont need under service.msc, but I am not sure is that safe. I use this OS under minimum requirements and disabling would help me a lot.

Nice news for you: it is completely safe! But before you disable some of services be sure that you know what are you doing and what services are not needed for vista normal function. To disable unnecessary services do this: click start pearl; then in the search box type service.msc; you will see services right click on wanted one and choose stop; some of them cant be stopped without rebooting, so, you will right click on them, select properties and then disabling.
