Hello. I have MP3 player and I would like to place as many songs as possible on it. So, I guess, I will need to compress mp3 files to smallest possible format. I have tried few things but without desired result. I would really appreciate if you could tell me what the smallest possible format for music files is. Thank you in advance.

Hello. There are several formats that are smaller then mp3 but you will have to check first if any of these formats is compatible with your mp3 player. You will find this information in mp3 player manual or on manufacturer web site. Regarding smallest format for music files I can recommend you AAC or OGG formats. They are smaller then mp3 and have better sound in many occasions.
