I’m a system builder and I want to find a good remote software. It should also be cheap since I have about 200 systems running and I want it on all of them. The thing is that I have to explain some basic things to people and it would be easier if they could just run some program and then I could do what’s needed remotely. Could anyone suggest something? Thanks!
Well, windows itself has a remote assistance but I’m not sure if it’s any good. I suppose you’ve already tried it and you weren’t satisfied with it so you’re looking for something else. I think that you could use RDP but the problem is that if your systems are on broadband and have a router they will need to setup port forwarding if you want to connect to them. And since you say they have problems with basic things, this could really be a PIA. But I can’t think of any other way for you to do this.
