What is WMS Idle Message?

I have Windows XP Home edition SP2. Every time when I try to close down Windows, the same message appears. I dont understand it. What is WMS Idle Message? Every time it says that WMS cannot be closed so I have to go to End now command. I know that end now command is not good for computer. Does anybody have any suggestion?

I had the same problem with my computer. First time when that happened I thought that it was some mistake. But that thing repeated over and over again. I was very irritated. Why was something wrong with Windows messenger, when I didnt use it. Then my friend told me to see if outlook express was on. But it wasnt. I tried to reinstall Windows Messenger. That didnt work. So I tried to use ShootTheMessenger and kill bloody thing.That made even bigger problem. My patient was dead, so I just reinstalled Windows on the end.
