What are good Quality video cards?

Hello! I have talked with one guy and he all the time talked that he needs to buy good Quality video card, but he did not explain me what good Quality video card means. What are good Quality video cards? I am not too familiar with this field and I hope you will help me with this. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! Good quality video cards are new generation video cards. These video cards are excellent. For example, good quality video card is GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB. But, if you want to use this video card with the highest performances, you need to buy two GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB video cards, because of enabling SLI technology.
