Weird looking icons on Desktop

Hello! I am running Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2 installed. This morning 3when I booted my computer I have noticed a very strange thing. All of my icons acted weird. All of them flash and I have noticed new icon on Desktop. It is called Search results. I have tried to delete it, but I could not.

Hello! Your Windows XP operating system is infected! It is needed to perform as soon as possible full scan of your system. I do not know if you have antivirus and antispyware, but it is needed to scan first in Safe Mode system with antivirus, then with antispyware program. If you cannot erase all the malware, you will need to reformat your hard drive.
