Hello! I have put my new sound card into appropriate slot and install driver for it. But, from some reason I have no sound. My XP OS say that there is no audio device when I try to play sound. When I look in device manager, I can see my sound card works properly. I have never had weirdest audio hardware!

It is not weird your audio hardware, but XP always is. Your problem is could be solved, dont worry. Go to services. I suppose that you will see that windows audio is disabled. This service often is disable itself because of crashing systems or reboots. Just enable it and you will have audio. I have same problem and Ive described you how I solve it.
