Web camera not working in MSN Messenger

Hello! I have bought and installed Logitech QuckCam 10.0 web camera. When I tested it; it worked just fine. But, when I try to use it with MSN Messenger it won’t work. I do not know what the cause of this problem could be. Have you ever faced problem like this? If you have, how did you solve it? Thank you!

Hello! First of all check if your personal firewall is enabled. If it is (and it should be) open it and in its configure settings allow to this we camera accessing to the internet. It is the same thing with antivirus on your system. If this does not help, then try to update drivers for web camera. If this does not help, too, then I think that it would be the best if you call Logitech technical support for advice.
