Dont panic!
This malware (WtoolsA.exe is malware) is very annoying. If you dont remove it properly, it will reinstall itself.
The best way to remove it and get protect your computer from it is AdAware software. Its Lavasofts software and you should find it on their official site. You can download free version (its not full version). Also, you can download trial full version (after trial period you should buy it). Full version is much better.
After installing AdAware, start it & your problem will be remove it.
p.s.
Just to be sure, after installation of AdAware, you should reboot your computer and boot it in safe mode, and start scanning & removing.
