| That’s really strange! But let me tell you this: why do you care? If you can play movies in some other player, why trying to play it in WMP? I mean, it’s a good player but I see no reason in insisting on that. Maybe there is still some codec that you need to install. You can, for example, check whether everything is installed by using that Gspot software. It can examine your PC and see if there are all the necessary codecs installed or not. But if you still want to play movies and video in WMP, and can’t solve the problem, maybe you can contact Microsoft support site. I’m sure they can tell you what to do. |
