Hello! I have Windows XP Professional operating system with SP2 installed on my computer. My default movie player is Windows Media Player 10. But, I have a problem with this player. When I try to play some movie, I have video and no audio; but with some movies I do not have any problem. Have you any idea about this problem?

Hello! I have had same problem as you have now and my friend helped me to find solution for it. That is why I know what causes your problem: you are missing some codecs. So, you will need to download and install some decent codec pack if you want to play all of your movies normally.
