WMP 11 streaming video not working?

Hello! I have a problem with some program. I have PC Pentium 4 computer. That is AMD Athlon 3000+ machine. I have WMP 11program. When I want to make streaming video it won’t work. What I need to do, because I can’t fix this. I tried but without success. Does anybody have some solution? Thanks!

Hi! So, you are using WMP 11 program. I am not using that program but I can suggest you something. You can try to reinstall it and restart your machine. After that it should be work. If you still have a problem I can suggest you to download some another program from the net. You can type the similar program like WMP 11.
