People, I need assistance. I have bought new mp4 player few days a go. Now, I don’t have normal PC. How and why? Here it is. I have plugged the player in to the USB port. Windows 98 detected the hardware, but after the USB 2.0 drivers update package that I installed from the player’s CD, blue screen appeared, and now, I don’t have any operational USB port. All of them are like dead. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Hello. Here is what I would I do on your place. Go to the add/remove programs from the safe mode. Uninstall any trace of the mp4 driver, update or software. Reboot. Then, use some compatible Reg Cleaner utility and try to remove all junk from the Registry. After that, try adding the hardware manually click from add hardware inside control panel. Locate the driver by the browser window. Search for the .inf file.
