Vista likes and dislikes?

I am planning to make an upgrade and to switch from Windows XP Professional to some version of Vista. I have heard lot of stories about Vista and how some people dislike lot of things in Vista and others are completely happy with Vista. I would like to hear what you like and dislike in Vista.

Well, this is a tough question. Operating system is a complex piece of software and I like to spend more time with it to draw conclusions then I spent with Vista, but lets try. I like complete user interface redesign and introduction of Aero style as well as 3d desktop (which I find useless, but it looks good). I dislike some more important stuff then eye candy like issues with drivers for various components. Some do not exist and some others are so buggy that I wish they not exist.
