| I’ve had the same problem recently and whenever I tried to install this suite, I encountered a message telling me that ‘the current installation is suspended’ due to some key present in the registry. And I have browsed a bit and I found the solution on Microsoft website. I can’t remember what exactly I had to do, but I know that the procedure involved removing that key from the registry. But I think that I asked somebody to do that for me because meddling with the registry can be very dangerous. So, see what error message you receive and after that check on Microsoft site what that means. If you can’t perform the suggested steps for solving the problem by yourself, call somebody. |
