Virus definitions download problem

Hello! I am Mickey and I have a problem. I am running Windows XP operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have Norton Antivirus. My problem is following: since yesterday when I try to automatic update virus definitions updating process fails. I do not know what to do. Please help me!

Hello, Mickey! Off course I will help you! This problem occurs when many users try in same time to download virus definitions. So, possible solution would be to wait. But, you can also try to download virus definitions on your computer and update your Norton Antivirus from your computer. Hope this helps you!
