Huh I had the same problem once and I was dealing with Windows XP and problem appeared because my PC was running on very low RAM so I had to upgrade my physical memory. You are dealing with memory leak that is caused by all the processes that you are running on your computer, so you could check in Task Manager the memory usage and what is maybe causing the problem. There is possibility that your virtual memory settings are set up on low number so maybe you could increase the size of your virtual memory page. I am not sure what kind of system you are running on you computer so I could tell you the path for change the settings. Well that is all that I could help for now, maybe others have some better suggestion.
