I downloaded a movie from the Internet. It took me almost two hours. When everything was downloaded, I noticed that it consists of couple of files and they have some strange extension like SFV. I never so that extension. Which program can join files created by SFV program? Could I use viewer for Adobe Framemaker for that?

First, you are probably talking about SWF extension. That extension marks that your downloaded files are some kind of flash files. Therefore, I think that your movie is probably made in some flash maker. I do not think that you can join them in any kind of viewer, because, as it names said, their purpose is to let you view files. If you want to combine all those files in one you will also need some flash maker. You can use some professional program like Dreamweaver to do that, but pay attention that it is quit expensive. One of the most popular freeware software for making flash videos is SwishMax. It can be downloaded from the Internet, it is really easy to use and it can do your job perfectly.
