I have ECS RS482-M motherboard. This motherboard has ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 chipset and integrated graphics. I have bought this value motherboard for a PC that was planned to be used only for writing some documents and surfing internet. Now, I would like to upgrade video from integrated graphics and to be able to play some games decently (other parts are OK. AMD Athlon 3000+, 1GB ram). What video card do you suggest me?

Any video card should represent an upgrade in your case, even the least expensive one like ATI RADEON X300 or NVIDIA 6200 TurboCache. Even these video cards have latest graphics chips and they are different from more powerful models only with clock and RAM speed. Of course, if you are planning to play new and demanding games then you will need more powerful cards.
