Hello. As much better I know some certain things regarding computer hardware technology, actually I can see much clearer how much I don’t know, and how much there is to learn by the way. So far I didn’t knew that another version of the same command exists. I mean isn’t this the same thing such as driver removal? Thanks in advance.

Driver removal from the add/remove control panel list, you mean? You can say that there is similarity, but when you choose to roll the driver back, if you had any previously installed and you find out that there were some code lines with less bugs than the current release, you get that back too, instead of removal/uninstall, where you get nothing else but free space in return.
