Video card acting strange

My video card is making some troubles. I have quite good ATI RADEON 9800XT but from few days back I am not able to even watch movies. Not to mention games, it is completely impossible. Video card is definitely acting strange. I hope it is not broken because I bought it only few months ago. Do you know what is wrong with it?

This kind of behavior suggests that it is broken. But maybe there is yet a hope. Download latest drivers for it and install them. There is always possibility that drivers get corrupted. Also check if hardware acceleration is turned on to maximum. This happens sometimes when drivers are making problems. IF this doesnt help then you can safely assume your video card is broken. You have a warranty still so I guess it is not a big problem.
