I am out of options here. I am communicating with my client via video conferencing. We are using AIM and had no problems until client switched from PC to MAC computer. Now we can not establish connection at all. AIM reports several error mainly about connecting problems. Do you have any solution for this video conferencing trouble?

Hello there. You will have to ask your client did he changed some settings regarding firewall or router on his computer/network. It is possible that firewall is blocking connection and making this video conferencing trouble. Also, I am not sure how AIM works on Mac. You should try Skype for a change and see effects. I had no trouble with Skype so far and I was conferencing between Windows, Mac and Linux.
