Hi there. I have finally found the corresponding AGP graphic card for my computer. I was looking for the good price on AGP variant of X1600 pro for a long time. Now, I never performed any replacement of graphic card before this, so I really need some advice, where I should pay the most attention? Thanks in advance.

Well, first of all, you should pay attention even on the screwdriver you are going to use to open your computer case. Before you unplug your old graphic card, you must remove graphic card drivers. After removal do not restart but turn off your computer so you can unplug the old one and after that plug in the new card. Install the drivers for ATI later on, but first make sure you have completely removed the previous drivers.
