Very Slow XP SP2

Hello. I have a problem with XP SP2. I installed it recently and since that time my computer is significantly slower. I mean it is responding in a slower manner. I think this is related to XP2 because slowing down is corresponding to XP2 installation. Is it something wrong with installation package that I obtained or something else?

I think this is because of configuration requirements that SP2 demands. I don’t know what your configuration is, but it is very possible reason. I had a similar problem on a few machines when implementing SP2, until I learned. SP2 demands some level of hardware. For example I had problems on machines that had processor under 1.1 or 1.2 GHz. I am not sure about the border line, just go to TechNet of Microsoft.com; there must be some specification there.
