I have a broadband router that can act as a DSL modem, also. I am using it for internet access and sharing connection with between two computers. It is set as first day when technicians from my internet service provider installed it. I wonder how can I change some parameters and see what options this router has. Can you explain to me how to see this info?

Hello. Most broadband routers have web based configuration utility. It is accessed when you enter IP address of your router in web browser address bar and provide username and password. IP address is usually 192.168.1.1 and default user name/password combinations vary between different models and manufacturers. This information you will find in router manual together with options you can set. Router can usually act as a DHCP server and you can change lot security settings in its configuration utility.
