I have iBook 12. I want to upgrade it, but I have not much experience with upgrading iBooks. I have done upgrades for various PCs. I kindly ask you to tell me what I should upgrade? You will have to tell me how (just basics steps, Im not a total newbie)? Is there any software updates which must have be made after updating hardware?

Well first you will have to open case, after that remove your combo drive, then remove hard drive, and instead of it, put bigger one, then install Bluetooth, after that an antenna between superdrive and its compartment, and at the end, upgrade a RAM memory. After that, put your machine together, install operating system and try its preferences.
