Hello. I have this Laptop model for almost one year already, and I really can’t remember when it was bought actually, but I think it is time for some little upgrade. It has only 256 megabytes of ram available inside, and I want to speed something up. I heard that the ram memory is pretty much important regarding performance, so how much this one can swallow? Oh, I am talking about Dynabook satellite AW3, by the way.

It is true what you have heard about ram memory and performance by the way. The more ram you have, the more comfort you will gain. However, your model supports not more than 1 gigabytes of ram I think. I am sure that you can find 256, 512 and 1 gigabyte memory cards for it. I am not sure about 2 gigabyte ram modules and fitting them into Dynabook, how is that going to work.
