Boot your installation disk, and choose upgrade existing installation. This process shouldnt take too long. After upgrading your disk defragmenter could inform you that your disk is fragmented and should be defragmented. You should defragment it. To do this do following:
Start-programs-accessories-system tools-disk defragmenter. Choose what disk you want to defragment and click same command on action menu.
