Upgrade of my video card failed

Hello! I have bought new video card and new mother board and I have replaced old parts with these new. But, since then I am facing with problem that I am not able to boot my windows XP operating system. My neighbor told me that upgrade of my video card failed for sure. How I can fix that?

Your neighbor isnt right. After replacing motherboard you have to reinstall windows, otherwise, windows wont boot it. Be sure that you havent problem with upgrading your video card (in fact, I have never heard that someone had problems with upgrade). Tell your neighbor what I have told you he should learn this, too.
