| I honestly think I have been enough an oldie in my crew. Must confess never been keen to be first in a row, looking for upcoming updates and new modern software, but being stuck with Windows 98 STILL, I think you see the point! Long time pass how I have been thinking to upgrade it to at least some XP no matter how old that one would be so I am here now, asking how to do it if it’s possible at all, and does that move brings some bad sides? Well I am oldie what do you expect - me to know anything about computers, he he. |

| Sorry, mate I can’t lead you through all steps how to do it will allow others to intrude in here. I can only comment that yes you have been waiting a long time to continue with Microsoft upgrading flow, specially 'cause I heard that Microsoft doesn’t support Win98 anymore, right? heh. I can only provide some info in a matter what system requirements you will need for Win XP (at least some), even though I don’t think it’s much different then 98. Minimum 233 MHz processor or higher, 128MB RAM, 1,5 GB free space available on the HD, CD-Rom or DVD driver, that’s all know, hope that others have more info to help ya. |
