I have a problem with pop ups. During surfing many pop up windows (and they are all full screen windows) are opening and trying to sell me different things. It is almost impossible to surf over internet. Do you know how I can get rid of this annoying pop ups and what is causing them to do this? Thank you in advance.

Your computer is infected with adware, spyware and possibly Trojan virus. This behavior is their trade mark. You should download and install some anti spyware and anti adware program. After installing it reboot in safe mode (without networking) and do a full system scan. This programs will clean your system and you will be able to use internet normally again.
