Hello! My external Western Digital hard drive worked perfectly for few years, but few weeks ago it became unreadable. I have very important data on it and I do not know what to do. Is there any way for fixing it? Have you ever faced problem like this? What would you suggest me? Thank you!

Hello! Well, you did not give me much informations. Your problem could be something regarding hardware, but also, could be something regarding software. I cannot tell you precisely what you need to do to fix it. Try with reinstallation. If that does not help, I assume on hardware problem. Maybe the best thing you can do is to take it to repair shop.
