I have put in my computer new hard drive. It is Maxtor. I have properly partitioned it and installed windows XP Pro operating system on it! But, when I try to oot system, I got blue screen of that with message that there is some unknown hard drive error and that some .dll files are corrupted. Please, tell me what to do!

Check your jumpers first! It could be that you havent set them properly! If that is not the case, then try to change your cd/dvd rom. I have same trouble and my problem was my dvd-rom. Also, try to unplug all your optical drives. If this doesnt help, try to change RAM. I hope that some of these suggestions will help you!
