Hello! I have problem with my Universal Serial Bus Controllers. When I attach my USB flash drive I get message saying that this device is hi-speed USB device but it will just operate on reduced speed. I think that this is not normal. I am using Windows XP Professional operating system. Help!

Hello! I assume that your USB flash drive requires USB 2.0, but you have USB 1.1 ports. So, when you attach it you get mentioned above message. This problem you can solve if you plug into your computer PCI card with 2.0 USB ports. But, if you have USB 2.0 ports, then you definitely miss Service Pack 2 which you need to install.
