Hello! I had installed Norton Antivirus 2006 software on my Windows XP operating system. My friend told me that Avast! antivirus is better and I have uninstalled Norton and installed Avast. But, it seems that Norton Antivirus 2006 is not removed from my system completely. Please, tell me what I should do? Thank you!

Hello! Well, there is known problem with uninstalling Norton Antivirus. Usually you cannot uninstall it from Add and remove programs in Control Panel. You will need to go to Symantec official web site and from there to download Norton Antivirus remover. With this program, you will be able to remove all left parts of Norton Antivirus 2006 software.
