| Hello, Victor! I will explain you step by step what you need to do: first open Run command and type there RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection java.inf,UnInstall. Microsoft VM uninstall dialog box will appear and you will be asked if you want to delete Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. Just click on YES button to confirm this. When you do this, then reboot computer. After rebooting you will need to delete: Systemroot\Java folder; then ava.PNF under Systemroot\inf; then jview.exe under Systemroot\system32; then wjview.exe under Systemroot\system32. After this, you will need to remove following registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Java VM and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\AdvancedOptions\JAVA_VM. After this, reboot your system again and then you will be able to install Sun Java. |
