I got blue screen of death and information with it that it is caused by hardware problem. First I was that the problem is cpu. But I have run tests and it seems that it is ok. It is not overheated, everything works properly, just I can not hear cooler on it so laud as used to hear. But it seems that cooler is ok. I do not know what have caused this.

If saying that is hardware, then, be sure that hardware is. If it is not your processor, maybe it is your RAM. Try to change your memory sticks. If they are fine, then could be some issue with graphic card. Run test for it, and if everything is ok, then I am sure that the cause of your problem is sound card. Try to replace it. I know this, cause I have same issue.
