Unable to set up workgroup through Hamachi

Hello! I have installed Hamachi for remote control of my business network. But, I have a problem. I have five Windows 2000 and six Windows XP Pro remote computers. I am not able to access to three of Windows XP Pro remote computers. I hope that you will tell me what the cause of this problem could be?

Hello! I suggest you to install, beside Hamachi, UltraVNC. Also, you will need to check if these computers have active personal firewalls or antivirus and other security programs. I am telling you this from my experience (I could not access and setup workgroup through Hamachi because computers had active firewall).
