Unable to send mail in Outlook 2003?

Hello! I have a very big problem. I am not able to send mails via Outlook 2003 at all. My friend set me account and I can receive mails, but I cannot send them. I have tried with some tests, but that did not helped me. I am running without any idea what the cause could be or how to solve it, so, if you know something which I do not know, please, tell me.

Hello! I am pretty much sure that your friend did not set your smtp server properly. I am sure that he missed something. I suggest you to open your account and check that. Compare information in Outlook with information for smtp from your ISP (I am sure that you will find that they are not same).
