Unable to load drivers for network card

Hello! I have little problem here. My computer is AMD Athlon 3400+ PC. I am using Windows XP SP2 OS. The problem is next. I am unable to load drivers for network card. When I am trying to do that there is problem with something. Does anybody have some solution for this? Thanks for any kind of help!

Hi! So, you have a problem with drivers of network card. I don’t know how to help but I will try. You need to find out drivers for your motherboard. On that Disk is driver for network card. If your card is integrated the solution is on the motherboard disk. Insert into the PC case and try to install new driver.
