| Hello people. I have very weird situation regarding my Outlook Express email account. I have all options enabled for reading and viewing email messages in my client, but no matter I do there is one e-mail which I cannot delete. I tried with simple delete, than confirmation, than empty the trash folder, than error message appear with some itecom.dll connection. Shift + del, no changes, the same thing. How to remove this crap from my inbox? Thanks in advance. |

| Hi there. First, update your antivirus, your antispyware, your anti malware software or what ever you use, than scan your entire system for suspicious and malicious files. This smells like some kind of worm. If there is nothing found as unwanted in your system, than delete the entire inbox folder. Yes, no matter how silly this sounds, after next start of Outlook it will re-create it self. Give a try. |
