Unable to access a shared folder through Outlook

I have Microsoft Exchange server in my network. I was able to successfully share calendar for Outlook so all users can access it but I am not able to do the same for contacts. I have tried several things , but I am still unable to access a shared contacts folder through Outlook 2003. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

If you want to share contacts through Outlook 2003 you will have to create a new contacts folder under Public Folder - All Public Folders. After this, change permissions on this folder so all users have permission to access it and change it. To show this folder in Outlook check "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" in folder properties of Outlook Address Book.
