My problem is, I can’t get wireless working on G4 running Ubuntu. Apparently, the drivers for the Broadcome network card are still not suported. Which kind of network card would you guys suggest I get – my experience with this machine and OS is severely limited, so I wouldn’t like to make another wrong turn. Thanks in advance.

On a similar setup, I’ve had decent performance and easy configuration using a D-Link DWL-122. It’s via USB though, and I know some people have issues with that when it comes to network cards. If you’re one of them, you’ll probably want to stay away from this approach, but I just thought I’d offer anyway…
