USB problems with Sony Camera

Hello! I have Sony camera and when I attach it through USB port I cannot transfer data from it to my computer. I do not know why this is happening and I can connect this camera only through USB ports to computer. I hope that you will know much more about this problem and that you will help me.

Hello! I will disappoint you, but I do not know much about this problem. I suggest you to try with changing cable which connects camera and computer. Could be that it is broken. I assume that your camera requires USB 2.0 ports and you have USB 1.1 ports. This problem can solve PCI USB 2.0 card. Just buy it and plug it.
