It seems that my USB wireless keyboard has some problems. It is not working properly. Sometimes I can type without problems, but sometimes it takes a long time to show characters on screen or it never sends what I am typing to computer. I have changed batteries but the problem was not solved with that. Do you have any suggestion regarding this problem?

With USB wireless keyboards (and any other wireless keyboard) you have to be sure that receiver is not placed somewhere near some electromagnetic emitter like speakers, monitor or TV. This problem of yours can be caused with such interferences. Try moving receiver on some other place and check if you will experience same problems then.
